The Bryansk regional cardiologic dispensary was established in April 1990. Nowadays it is a leading medical organization providing to the population specialized and high-tech medical care in specialization “cardiology”. The cardiologic dispensary has a good material and technical base, a modern medical equipment, highly qualified specialists, that makes possible to provide a medical-diagnostic process in according with the procedure for the provision of medical assistance and the national clinical recommendations. Every year more than 5 000 people are treated in-patient care. There are more than 50 000 visits in dispensary every year. In the x-ray surgery diagnostics and treatment department opened in March 2018 up to 1 500 angiography researches of coronary arteries are provided both stationary and ambulatory. More than 500 percutaneous interventions are performed there. The local specialists can install the single chamber and double chamber pacemakers.
There are 19 departments (paraclinical and clinical: a dispensary, a day-care hospital, a 24-hour hospital, a cardiac rehabilitation department, etc.) in this organization. They include 36 types of medical works and services. 67 doctors and 142 nurces work here. 66 % of the stuff has the highest and first qualification category. 5% of specialists have master’s degree (medical sciences). The specialists pay attention to improvement the medical-diagnostic process in the cardiac rehabilitation department for the patients with cardiovascular pathologies; adoption of new technologies; and leading the all-russian and international scientific registers.
